Lily Noto (she/her) Scenic Paint (2nd season with ISF) is a Seattle-based Scenic Artist excited to be back for her second season with ISF! Her recent artistic endeavors include taking a staff position as a Lead at Village Theatre and joining on some projects with the Pacific Northwest Ballet. She wants to thank her Whidbey community for asking her back and her family for welcoming her home for the summer!
