JACQ BABB | they/them - (Three Seasons with ISF) Originally hails from Fresno, CA (“Smile when you say that!”), succumbing to a four year stint in LA as a singer-songwriter before wandering to the greater Seattle area and eventually secreting away in the fae wilds of Whidbey. They have a BA in Theatre and Acting, an MFA in Creative Writing and Poetics, and a DIY in Tiny Living. Favorite performances include Maledict in "Monstrous Regiment" with Latitude Theatre, and Lucius in "Titus Andronicus," Mercutio in "Romeo and Juliet," and Minette in "Bold Stroke for a Husband" with Island Shakespeare Festival. A multidisciplinary artist at their core, Jacq busies themself with photography, visual arts, design, and writing when not traipsing across a stage.



RILEY STOWELL
| he/him - (One Season with ISF) Riley is incredibly excited to be a part of ISF’s first touring event! A relative newcomer to Whidbey, he is always looking for chances to visit new places. When not performing on stage, Riley can be found walking on the beach, baking pies, and singing loudly when no one’s home. Recent roles include Simon in The Game’s Afoot (Whidbey Playhouse), Cowboy in Hyde & Seek (Outcast), and Toad in A Year With Frog and Toad (Ballyhoo Theatre). He would like to thank his friends and family, as well as his wonderful partner Ella for all their love and support. He would also like to thank you, the audience, for continuing to support the arts as we navigate difficult times."





ANGELICA METCALFE
| she/her - (Nine Seasons with ISF) Angelica has been a stage manager, production manager, and any other role she has to step into to get the job done Island Shakespeare Festival - most notably Operations Officer. She graduated cum laude from Western Washington University with a BA in stage management and has worked for theatres all over Washington state including Village Theatre KIDSTAGE, Mount Baker Theatre, Western Washington University, Bellingham Theatre Guild, Whidbey Island Center for the Arts (WICA), and of course, ISF. She moved to Whidbey Island full time in 2019 where she likes to walk on the beach to look specifically for moon snails, play video games, and use all the power tools to build things.





ERIN MURRAY
| she/her (six seasons with ISF) - Erin’s 20 year directing career has spanned the Northern Hemisphere including a number of touring productions. From 2005 - 2008, Erin was the staff director for Opera Theatre Company in Dublin, Ireland, where she toured five full-staged operas across Europe, and Irish national tours of three in-classroom education workshop programs. Erin teamed up with Seattle-based artivist Ana Maria Campoy to create Seattle Shakespeare Company's first bilingual (Spanish/Shakespeare) statewide tour in 2017, and again in 2018, reaching over 30,000 theatergoers. The pair were also awarded a 2017 Spark Grant by the Greater Tacoma Community Foundation to bring a staged reading of Tanya Saracho's bilingual dramedy "Fade" to three Tacoma-area communities. As a playwright, Erin's credits include the bold reimagining of "Cyrano de Bergerac" for Island Shakespeare Festival, and a brutal white feminist exploration of Henrik Ibsen's "Ghosts" for Redtwist Theater Chicago. Erin co-created “Gender Play, or what you Will” with Will Wilhelm, which premiered in 2023 with Chicago’s About Face Theater. It was nominated for three Jeff Awards including “Best New Work.” She is also a regular contributor to HowlRound Theater Commons.
